In order to secure our appointment, you will be asked to send a 25% non-refundable deposit. Our booking will not be fully confirmed until the deposit is received.

The balance can be sent anytime prior to our appointment or upon arrival.

Cancellation.

I trust you to communicate unexpected turbulence with grace. For last-minute cancelations (within 12 hours) I ask that the appointment be paid in full as a gesture of care and responsibility. Thank you for understanding!
